Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- investigate the case
- search for details on the internal systems
- provide the necessary information
- maintenance of SLAs
- record and maintain the basic information for each worked case.

Skill Set Required:
- Graduate with a basic understanding of e-commerce.
- Should have good observation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a good sense of judgment
- Working knowledge of the dispute process, red flags, the risk involved (preferred)
