Roles & Responsibility:
- Everything under IT Recruitment (End to end IT Recruitment).
- Understand Technology.
- Understand and review JD.
- Source from different portals and sources.
- Job Posting and manage the posts.
- Head hunting and a pro on LinkedIn.
- CV Screening, CV shortlisting.
- Talk to Candidate, understand suitability, persuade and schedule interviews.
- Handle interviews Internally with Hiring Manager.
- Post offer follow up till joining.
- Work knowledge on using ATS.
- Best in Talking business, negotiations, a great orator.

Desired Candidate Qualities:
- Min 3+ years of Sourcing technical profiles from different sources.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Smartness with Logical reasoning.
- Out of Box thinking or ideas.
- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & problem-solving skills.
- Who is interested to create Recruitment plans and drive towards the goals set and achieve them.
- Who implements and infuses his ideas into our organization's HR team.
- Willing to work in a healthy, competitive and a fast growing environment.
- Someone who is flexible to learn and work on marketing new technologies and IT company.
- Young, energetic and flexible to work, learn and market in a Fast growing Startup.
