We offer all types of packages - premier, standard and budget - with personalized services within India and the neighboring countries. Caper undertakes air ticketing - both international and domestic – train, land transport by road, as well as charters of flight and trains. We also arrange journeys on luxury trains such as the Palace on Wheels and Royal Orient Express.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

i- Activity @ Hiring human inventories-
a- post competencies match plan for a ramp up
b- reflect role in the job portals
c- share the roles with hiring partners / executive search partners
d- ask for the CVs from the partners
e- get them on priority basis in sync with the hiring plans with HR Head / Hiring Managers
f- ask for a ramp up at the earliest planned event day
g- quantify the ramp up with ticket nos.
h- get the rungs on the same event day for almost all the applicants –remember a 2nd day will let you lose the talent-after all a talent lost is talent won by your competitors
i- get the feedbacks at the event spot almost immediately
j- negotiate for the notice period rationally
k- roll out offer / LOI in coordination with the HR Head / Hiring Manager

ii- Training & Development
a- Competency mapping along with Group Managers for their subordinates

b- Training needs identification- analysis reports
1) On the job
2) Interviewing
3) On the analysis sheet on HRMS load up
4) Questionnaire to be answered post training prepared by the superiors kept as a bible with
5) Mentoring recommendation with the Corporate Associate Director’s office
6) Deduce return on training investment = role clarity x impact / core competency
7) Returns on training investment if more than 1 time then treated to be optimistic for post
8) Gel well for his/her career path & progression chart to be planned out along with Corporate
9) Plan for the succession plan in the HRMS upload

iii- Organizational development interventions –
a- Plan for a process sheet along with the Corporate Associate Director’s office along with the superior in sync with the HR Head as advisory support initiative
b- Plan for a standard operating process revamp as advisory initiative TMG enhancement on the post training maths of the training Associate Director’s office
c- Plan for a reengineering for a defect less process flow parse SOP process flow sheet
d- Patch up for a bible archive

Key responsibility areas- TMG-1-sub-Talent Acquisition Group
i- Hiring plan @ application tracker sheet
ii- Reconcile reports @ end of day report sheet
iii- Placement report with enablers and welcome note –back to back solutions @ hiring
iv- Hand holding at TMG
v- Induction training program with training calendar duly approved by Corporate Associate Director’s office as bible in sync with the HR Head
vi- Joining dockets and sign off with the incumbent with the hiring manager
vii- TNI- competency mapping with training returns reports duly filled up and approved for inventory budget by the Corporate Associate Director’s office
viii- ODI – business reengineering process flow in sync with the employees’ superior in sync with the HR Head sanctioned by the Corporate Associate Director
