Good in understanding /comprehending documents - Mortgage documents
Good Analytical and Reasoning skills
Good at MS office - 40 WPM/95% accuracy.
Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral). Email Communication.
Can deliver high accuracy with Compliance to the company policy
Experience- 0-2 years in US Mortgage Industry

Roles and Responsibilites:
Review, Analysis, Research - Loan documents.
Analyzing and updating mortgage transactions in Mortgage Servicing Systems.
Collateral reviews on Loan Servicing Systems.
Good understanding of mortgage domain, policies and procedures and the actions taken in relation to loans.
