Roles and Responsibilities:
Single Point of contact for all Student queries.
Work with students and parent to get desired Engagement & Retention
Provide Individual attentions to students based on their profiling (Social, economic, Interests, Learning styles).
Engagement should be established with student.
Coordinate with teachers about session details (contents, students' feedback etc).
Encourages for attending session, taking test asking doubts & watching Replays and provide guidance for sessions/courses.
Follow up with student for, attendance and motivation.
Coordinate with support functions and get the issues sorted.
Daily task including calling Parent/Students.Job Title.
