Responsibilities: L1 Tech Support – NETGEAR (NASDAQ: NTGR) is a global networking company that delivers innovative products to consumers, businesses and service providers. The Company's products are built on a variety of proven technologies such as wireless (WiFi and LTE), Ethernet and power line, with a focus on reliability and ease-of-use. Candidates hired would be involved in troubleshooting & handling customer queries related to network devices.

Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent logical reasoning
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
-Basic Networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.

Work Experience:
- 6 Months & above Experience in any Voice helpdesk Process would be an added advantage
- Fresher may also apply
