Associate – Support

Role Description

  1. 1.       Process customer requests based on standard operating procedures using messaging platforms:
    1.    Process tickets raised by customers based on process flow marked by MagicPin
    2.   Run verification on customer claims/tickets based on the processes charted out by MagicPin
    3.   Process vendor requests based on standard operating procedures using messaging platform (no voice):
      1.  Process tickets raised by vendors based on process flow marked by MagicPin
      2. Familiarize merchant with the MagicPin platform and its usage
      3.  Process standard queries raised by vendors; escalate if not in standard process

 Role requirements

The role requires people with high level of ownership and dedication to work. Following are the specific skill set we are looking for:

  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Knowledge and compatibility with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Friendly attitude and ability to handle ambiguity

Any other Requirements/ specifications : Well-groomed and excellent communication skills

 Interview Process:
