Job Description: 

Making outbound calls to customers to list their car on our platform.

Educating sellers about the services offered by the company.

Educating sellers about the right price of their vehicle and how selling and buying on 19miles.com will get them the best price.

Provide customized support to the seller at each step of the process.

Build a rapport so that they remember you in the future or refer you in the future as the best advisor they have talked to ever in their life.

Ensure great service quality to all buyers & sellers.

Suggest ways to improve our services to customers.

Skills Required: 

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand customer’s requirements and take action accordingly.
