-Candidate will be responsible for
-generating leads through both telephonic(tele-calling) and on-line(e-mail)outreach.
-creating updating and managing customer database.
-supporting Sales team by creating new leads, and curating old leads.
-Implement internal processes to track and convert leads.
-Assist Customer Experience manager in internal processes for customer accounts.
-Creating database for sending out emails and tele calls.
-Tracking and reporting of lead generation and sales closure.
-Implementing account management changes approved by CEM
-Database Management keeping the database updated and complete.
-Creating and circulating reports as required by Sales team.
Skill Set Required:
-1-3 years of experience in customer outreach, creating and maintaining customer database.
-Go getter, will have to take initiative
-should be an expert in tele interaction, and proficient in using computers.
-Self starter, and excellent work ethic
