Shift Timing: Evening / Night Shift *5 days working (Sat - Sun fixed off) * both side cabs

Salary To be Offered: 2.16 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
Associate recruiters are responsible to understand client needs and find matching profile for the same to be submitted for hiring to clients from the various resume databases available. They are responsible to talk to the available resources, confirm their availability and submit their profiles to the clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
•Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
•Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
•Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
•Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
•Maintain professional relations with the candidates.
•Use social networking tools to tap talent.
