Profile Offered: Associate Maintenance

Job location: Bengaluru, Coimbatore

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization, Diploma in Electrical

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Check & clean all the fire detectors. Check & rectify the condition of indicators on detector. Check & re-tighten any loose connection. Check rectification and report for any sparking & heating in the system.
Check the physical condition of cylinder & clean the surface. Check the handle , nozzle, pipe & pressure gauge of the extinguisher. Check stand/hanger of cylinder.
Acknowledge reset the fault indication in fire panel , repeater panel. Check device is blinking. Check response indicator,battery voltage,maintaining the temperature of the UPS/projection room range of 22-25 0c.
Visually inspect of equipment for unsual conditions,over heating etc.
Check for proper operations of ammeters, volt meters, power factor meters, indication lamps.
Maintain the problem of washroom, AC etc, check & rectify the leakage problem of W/c.

B.Tech/B.E., Diploma 3 Yr.
