Job Description:

-Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
-Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
-Lining up of candidates for Interview
-Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
-Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.

Key Accountabilities:

-Identify, manage and report on the company's risk areas.
-Lead and direct work as necessary for each project.
-Maintain stockroom in an orderly fashion, including sweeping and mopping.
-Interact with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
-Participate in and support the operational activities of a business unit.
-Assist with cross training of department associate on assigned duties.
