Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data prep, portfolio analytics, proposal (PPT) preparation and review, etc. They would be typically putting these together, with the client asking for iterations and doing the final reviews.
  • Should be able to put 15-20 proposals per month.
  • Continuous process improvement to reduce the number of errors/exceptions.
  • Responsible for doing root cause analysis for any issues and execution of corrective action plan with minimum referral.
  • to manager.
  • Need to work on bottom quartile and ensure an uplift in performance.
  • Each person would be dealing directly with the client.
