Skills and Ability:
- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want.
- Should have critical thought process and decision making capability with focus on accuracy.
- Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.

Communication:
- Should possess good Hindi and average English speaking skills.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate Hindi normally.

Computer Proficiency:
- Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.
- Typing speed: 25 WPM and 80% accuracy.

Additional Comments:
- Candidates should be open for 24x7 shift, 6 Days a week (Rotational).

Client Related information:
- The process is the largest telecommunication company, providing mobile phone, Internet services across globe.

Process Related Information:
- Employees would be taking care of inbound and outbound Telecom, Internet queries of the customers.
