During Internship: INR 15K/month

Post Internship: INR 3.24 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth on boarding of employees
- Provide weekly/monthly reports

- Manage employee grievances at level 1 on issues related to role/policies/culture etc.

- Manage exits of employees.

- Responsible for managing all HRIS related activities

- Manage employee insurance

- Manage payroll & compliance

- Responsible for legal compliance& trackers

- Responsible for managing the employee performance process

Skills Required:

-Excellent spoken and written English skills

-Knowledge of MS Excel

Working Hours: Day Shift

Reporting To: HR Manager

Working Days: 5 days working (Monday-Friday)
