Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively controlling and managing all items on a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection and payment of premium due to/from client /carrier
Render monthly statements to Account Holder
Reconciling statement of account and offsetting premiums against Return premiums
Proper reconciliation/ matching of cash received to reflect correct audit trail
Utilizing excellent communication skills at all levels within JLT and with external customers
Reviewing Ledgers and providing accurate analysis of accounts
Ensure uncollected fees and premiums are highlighted to Business Unit/Account Executive before provision for Bad debts have to be made
Managing and prioritizing workload within own portfolio to meet pre-determined deadlines
Ensure no funding unless pre-approved and copy of signed document in file
Ensure PPD and PPW's are met and inform Account Exec of the same
Maintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet
Understand and contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators
Understand and adhere to the Compliance Standards / FCA requirements / SOX standard
