Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired Experience: 1 - 2 years

Course Specialization: Psychology / Sociology /Instructional Design / Organization behaviour/ Organization Development / MBA or ISTD / Learning and Development Professionals

Salary: INR 3- 6 LPA

Tentative Date of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Interview Process

- Preliminary discussion

- Functional round – Case study

- Written tests – Psychometric assessment and GK test

- Background reference check

- Discussion with Managing Partner

- Meeting with a personal stakeholder (meeting between HR and a personal stakeholder from the candidate’s life)

Job Description:

- Building awareness around business and industry for client organization

- Understanding the training needs as shared by the client

- Conducting diagnostics of the training need

- Designing interventions aimed at impacting behaviour gaps identified during diagnostics

- Developing e-learning and classroom

- Create new intervention proposals based on the industry of the client

- Upskilling one-self to stay abreast with latest industry trends, instructional design methodologies and managerial concepts and models.

- Problem solving mindset

- Ability to analyze a problem and synthesize information into a solution

- Ability to innovative in applying instructional strategies

- Project management skills

- Strict adherence to timelines

- Making the most of resources available

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Ability to articulate the content of the intervention in grammatically correct and impactful English

- Ability to collaborate with team members and SME’s from client team

- Ability to ideate the solution and the structure of the intervention

- Ability to research extensively on the content if the program and client
