Salary Details: 2.16 LPA + Incentives upto 82,000

This role revolves around handling complete recruitment cycle for different positions which starts from
getting the requirements from the clients, sourcing CVs and coordinating till the offered candidate joins.
-Understanding the job description and accordingly search resumes from different sources like job portals, internal database, LinkedIn and references.
-Incase of a niche profile, mapping the industry and headhunting to reach the right candidate.
-Posting jobs on different job portals and filtering responses by conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
-Initial shortlisting and filtering of resumes based upon the telephonic interview and if required meeting with the candidate and sending the short listed resumes to the client with detailed feedback.
-Co-ordinate with clients and candidates for scheduling interviews and further meetings.
-Salary negotiation and offer discussion with the candidate.
-Once the candidate accepts the offer, follow up with him and ensure that he joins the client as per the committed date.
-Continuous follow-up and interaction with client for existing as well as new business.
-Feedback: Sending feedback to candidates regularly and responding to their online/ offline queries.
-Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
