Job Description:

-Chatting with customers as part of our real time deal assistant chat feature and advising them on the best deals available and maintaining targets for conversion

-Explaining the concept of cashback to customers and getting more customers on board and addressing any issues related to cashback tracking

-Maintaining that Turn Around Time (TAT) of 24 hours is maintained to respond to customer queries on other channels like email, social, blogs etc

-Liaising with the operations and tech team for any additional follow up required for customer queries

-Daily MIS & Data analytics for customer queries, turn around time for addressing customer queries

Skills Required:

-Experienced with handling customer queries

-Eye for detail and ability to work under pressure

-Ecommerce experience is preferable

-Self starter who enjoys working in a start-up environment with minimal supervision
