Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide proactive end to end support to prospective sellers to become Live on E-commerce Marketplace
-Meeting and Training Registered sellers on Ecommerce Business Model
-Handling the seller's queries with respect to online selling
-Helping sellers uploading documents, bank account details, KYC etc.
-Train sellers for listing, order management, payments, returns, cancellation, packaging etc.
-Ensuring Catalogue support liaison: Photo-shoot and catalogue writing/catalogue enrichment through engaging with catalogue Partner.
-Helping sellers create listings on Flipkart Marketplace
-Provide support to sellers all through the activation lifecycle.
-Ensure delivery and quality of task assigned.
Education:
B.A., B.A.(Hons.), B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.E-Com., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Sc.(Hotel Management), BBA, BCA
