Job Description and Skills Required:

1. On Ground Responsibilities:

a) Planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects (APQP and Gantt chart).

b) Based upon schedule received from Execution, issuance of monthly production plan to team.

c) Monthly distribution of work and target fixation for team.

d) Optimum utilization of man, machine and material.

e) To be part of MRM/MPRM.

2. Controlling:

a) Follow up with Execution department for dispatch of systems.

b) Follow up with application/design and organize meetings to discuss projects.

c) Ensuring Maintenance activities as per monthly plan.

d) Ensuring Safety measures in production and maintenance

e) Ensuring ERP compliance in all functions within the department.

f) Follow up with QC for timely inspection (Incoming and in house).

g) Providing feed back to purchase and design department on problem faced by production.

h) Follow up with purchase department and organize meetings regarding procurements.

i) Monitoring of projects right from order received to till the dispatch.

j) Monitoring Sheet for primary BOM, Technical file, ECP, RP and condenser from Design.

k) Reviewing and monitoring RSL (recommended spares list).

3. Compliance:

a) Ensuring ISO 9001:2015Compliance in Production, PPC and Maintenance.

4. Training :

a) Providing training and motivation to the team as per the requirement.
