Co-ordinate with the sales team for the smooth functioning of processing the Sales.
To keep the client posted on the development of their requirements on a timely basis.

Arrange Project site visit for client, as per client time schedule.
Strategizing Business Plan on daily as well as weekly basis.
Handling business to business sales.
To maintain good relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.
Keep flow up with client till client profile goes online.
Attending team/branch meeting on daily basis and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Working on ERP base system (making report on daily basis and sending to the top hierarchy).
Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situation and competition.
Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, future predicted sales and other reports.
Trained the junior/new joiner about the company product/services and give them the live demo.
Working closely with CRM, Projects, Finance, and Legal departments.
Communicate sales activities, actions, sales ranking and results to upper Management with recommendations of Sales incentives as well as sales promotions.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Teams to develop effective sell-in strategies. Collaborate to develop and implement sales programs and priorities.
Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Team and address calls for most general business issues.
Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
Value and increase operational efficiency.
Coordination between all the departments (Sales, Corporate, Event, portal, Admin, Franchise, IT, SEO, Call Centre, Web Developer, Web designer, Data Entry, CRM, Content Writer).
