Duties and Responsibilities:
•Owns client relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond
•Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid to senior level
relationships allowing us to proactively identify client risks or opportunities
and manage client teams to effectively respond to client needs
•Acquire and develop long-term relationships with key strategic clients at the
senior management level
•Build strong rapport with new and existing clients
•Communicates progress as per partners to the sales team and also act as a
support system for them.
•Works with Senior Management to set revenue and margin targets by
