Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop future growth strategies and future proof strategic plans
2. Understand the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance and forecast its impact on the business
3. Work on financial and strategical analysis like revenue projections, cost analysis, market benchmarking, pricing etc.
4. Maintain and work on month-on-month business reports needed by the company
5. Develop financial models and performs an evaluation of the projects
6. Prepare decks, briefs/summaries, and materials for investor and industry meets
7. Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience
8. Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors
9. Work with CXOs to ensure coherence between verticals and smooth execution of planned strategies
10. Collect data and deliver periodic reports to be used by operations, marketing, and finance teams
11. Manage a library of data sources and analyses supporting strategic issue resolution and decision making
12. Support various special project assignments
13. Collate and maintain data as per emerging business needs
