Manager, HR will be a team member on our HR operations team where you will be responsible for all operational employee related matters such as joining & exit, payroll processing, incentive administration, issue resolution & employee engagement. The AM-HR is a great role for someone looking to build a career in HR. You will start at the basics, learning HR Ops, and will quickly grow to positions of managerial responsibility and into advanced HR roles such as Capability Development and Performance Management. An AM can expect to work in this position for 2 years before being promoted to the role of a Manager. A professional on this career path should aim to be the HR Head of a mid-size organization within 8-10 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Managing employee joining process including documentation criteria, reference checks and induction programs.
-Attendance and leave management.
-Payroll processing, statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Tax and other requirements.
-Employee exit and full-and-final settlement process.
-Employee help-desk management.
-Employee engagement Required Evaluations: GIA & Svar (mandatory).
