 * The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and skill set required:

-Streamlining HR activities . Maintaining Attrition Reports.

-Conducting Skip Level meetings.

-Induction for new joinees. Facilitate Disciplinary action.

-HR policies updation.

-Employee Relations.

-Handling Employee Grievances.

-Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest.

-Daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns.

-Communicating HR policies and processes to employees.

-Inform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme.

-Assistance in organizing of get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc.

-Rewards & recognition programs Process Improvements.

-Adherence to information security policy

-Comfortable with Night Shift

-Cab facility provided

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA
