An HR partner will manage a span of approximately 500 retail associates. The HR Partner will work with multiple managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs and to deliver best talent in the organization. Profile: Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner

Desired experience: 1 to 5 Years in HR (Any Service Industry with client facing role.)

Course Specialization: Grads and MBA (2009 to 2014 batch passouts)

Salary: CTC INR 3.5 - 5.5 LPA 

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Interview Process: Two rounds of Interview through Skype, one round of assessment

Job Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ranchi

This Profile is for MALES only and involves travelling as well. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing-
-Defining Job Description.
-Defining sourcing pool - Local hiring agencies, Database, Social media, Job portals, Market scanning & references.
-Defining Job Description.
-Defining sourcing pool - Local hiring agencies, Database, Social media, Job portals, Market scanning & references.
-Implementing Rating based selection process.
-Shortlisting the right candidate.
-Meeting the manpower requirement within stipulated time.
-Ensure >95 % fill rate at any given point.
-Maintaining Backup candidate.

Induction & On - Boarding-
-Engagement - till on boarding.
-Issue of Offer/Appointment letter.
-Joining Document Verification.
-HR induction - explanation of Channelplay policies & processes. 
-Explanation of Key Responsibility Areas.

Deployment-
-Provisioning & Issuance of asset.
-Notify ecosystem on resource joining.
-Experience of the employee so far.

Development-
-Periodic connect to assess employee satisfaction levels.
-Career progression plans.
-Performance Improvement Plan.

Engagement-
-Quarterly HR Connect. 
-Reward & Recognition Program.
-Arrange for Town hall, (when possible).
-Quarterly Newsletter.
-Birthday Leave & Gift.
-Grievance handling.
-Policy adherence and Implementation.

Exit-
-Exit Interview.
-Employee Resignation discussion with RM/ASM.
-Attrition Analysis.
-Admin clearance.

Connect-
-Alignment with Business RMs/ASMs on the expectation related to resource, quality and any other issue.
-Responsible for total customer satisfaction to ensure timely deliverables as per the SLA's.

Market Visit-
-Structured Market visit for overall hygiene & employee connect.

Reports-
-Daily Recruitment Report.

Store Visits-
-Publish dashboards on recruitment, manpower, attrition which help client to monitor the business health.

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role-

-Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. 
-Must have prior experience in field Team Hiring, Conducting On boarding Sessions, employee engagement, attrition analysis.
-Excellent communication skills.

B.A., B.A.(Hons.), BBA, MBA, P.G.D.B.A, P.G.D.B.M.
