Profile Offered: Assistant Manager- Corporate Client Servicing (US Shift)
The candidate shall work with Aspiring Minds' International clients and do relevant data management and analysis to service their needs. Our clients use Aspiring Minds' large scale assessment and recruitment services. The candidate will also interact with the client on a regular basis. The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction and deliver the agreed services basis the service levels agreed. The job shall include considerable data management and data analysis and client communication.
CTC Offered: Upto INR 4-5 LPA (inclusive of Lucrative Incentives and Allowances)
Job/Interview Location: Gurgaon
Eligibility: Graduate, B-Tech/B.E. and MBA candidates passed out in 2015/2016.(Only male candidates)
Role and Responsibilities:
-> Manage, Maintain and deepen assigned client portfolio in International Territory, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and increased client retention.
-> Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the Top-notch corporates and deliver AM products and services.
-> Based on data management and analysis, work out new strategies to assist the corporates in meeting their requirements.
-> Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
-> Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.
-> Regular dispatch of emails and SMS to candidates according to business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
