Job Description and Skills Required:
Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements, and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the Firm.
Availability of 24*7 for clients & engineers/Technicians.
Developing additional support to our clients, engineers & Technicians.
To continual increment in customer satisfaction Index.
To generate incremental revenue by signing facilities to annual services & maintenance contracts.
All Documentation work as per ISO format.
Building strong relationships with external customers and securing long term business.
Dealing with customers and managing complaints.
Reviewing monthly expenses and revenue performance.
Ensuring the after sales department achieves its targets.
Supporting team members in achieving their goals and directing them on day to day enquiries.
Handling customer complaints and giving them best engineering solution, ensuring satisfaction.
Deputing manpower as per nature of call/complaints/mail.
Direct reporting to Director and DGM.
Evaluate the training needs for improvement.
Evaluate the need of soft skills (like Communication skills, customer handling skills, telephonic skills, etc).
Regular periodical meeting with the team for their Development and improvement.
Check the customers feedback and take corrective actions.
Ensure the process in place on constantly measuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in place.
Coordinate with Marketing/sales in case of escalation.
Coordinate with Finance / HR/PPC/QC/Design/Execution for support functions and smooth operations.
Ensure the team is courteous and polite to the Customers.
Ensure that the entire team follows the company procedures and policies.
