Job Description

About Us: Drishtee is a social enterprise focused on Rural India and its entrepreneurs through whom it reaches out to the marginalized communities. It creates sustainable models that enables in generating livelihoods and costs savings for the rural citizen. Since Drishtee’s inception in 2000, it has had several successes and failures , learning’s from over the years has resulted in the evolution of an integrated approach which it calls the \\\'4C\\\' model.

Salary Details: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 3 LPA (Negotiable- Depends on candidates experience and performance in interview).

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Job Description: 

Understand the training programs being offered by DSDC.

Understand the 4C implementation model of Drishtee.

Make proposals to Govt. and private agencies for new projects.

Liaison with Govt. and private partners and project funding agencies.

Project planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting for projects under execution.

Financial planning, monitoring, invoicing and payment follow up with partners and funding agencies.

Understand and ensure adherence to project guidelines and expectation of partners.

MIS design and implementation for monitoring and reporting.

Develop and document processes related to project implementation, quality and impact.

Participate in content and delivery planning and enhancement of programs.

Close coordination and follow up with field teams for project planning, roll out, execution monitoring and reporting.

Coordination with other internal teams within Drishtee.

Monitoring quality and impact aspects for projects under execution.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and quality and impact enhancement.

Preparing and submitting internal management reports.

Preparing and submitting high quality reports and MIS data to partners.

Skills Required: 

Passionate about working with rural communities.

Should be open for travelling in rural parts of India.

Good written and verbal communication.

Proficient in computer usage.

Good understanding of livelihood related training requirements of rural sector.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, MBA
