Job Description:

- Ensure proper delivery of the project with high level of quality and on time.
- Interact with corporate clients to define project features and Change Requests.
- Perform code reviews and provide necessary corrections.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance team to ensure that the developed application meets technical requirements and client needs.
- Monitor application performance at post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if needed.
- Develop coding guidelines for the development team.
- Resolve application defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Handle entire project end to end.
- Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities.
- Coordinate Management and Technical Decisions.
- Willingness to travel, to attend meetings and clients.

Skill Set Required:

- Sound Knowledge in ASP.net, C#, Javascript, CSS, HTML, JQuery, XML.
- Familiar with Oracle & MySQL.
- Sound knowledge in DB design, Normalization, Indexing, SP, Triggers etc.
- Strong base in Query, Tuning and Performance enhancement.
- Gathering the requirement, analysing and technical transformation.
- Good knowledge in Design patterns and UML modelling
- Good Communication and written skills.
- Should be a very good listener and Team Player/Motivator.
