Job Description:

-To find the prospective partners through various sources & maintain database with follow ups.

-Experience in making Franchise for the company will be preferred in Health sector.

-Explain the franchise business model to Partners.

-Responsible for brand promotion.

-To Recruit Staff and achieve targets through them.

-Open for traveling with in the area.

Skills Required:

-Candidate should have good communication skills. 

-Should be target oriented.

-Should be passionate towards his/her job.

-Should be hard working.

-Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

-Provide lead set and drive sales.
