Desired experience : Fresher.

Probation / Training Period : 4 months

Salary : Rs. 12,000 as a stipend for 4 months.

             4 Lacs Per Annum post final confirmation*

*Please Note: It’s a 4 month program. However, if all the candidates excels in this program, Multunus offer them a full time employment. Final offer will be based on candidates performance during training period.

Interview Process:

1. Programming Problem Round: To solve a given programming problem in 48 hours and share the solution on Github/Bitbucket. Feel free to use any programming language of your choice. The test can be taken from anywhere.

2. Remote Pair Programming Session: An hour’s coding session with one or two programmers from Multunus. Can be taken from anywhere.

3. A day long interview at our Bangalore office which involves multiple rounds covering both technical and interpersonal aspects.

Job Description:

The Seaweed Apprentice Program of 4 months will consist of the following -

• Training on Android development, Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development and eXtreme Programming[XP] methodology.
• Pair program with Hiemashu [Top Andriod Hacker - http://about.me/hiemanshu] on Seaweed.
• Learn Product development with Manish [Lean Evangelist - http://about.me/manishchiniwalar]
