Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive and actively participate in design, development and implementation of large and complex applications, owning the solution conceptualized through flawless implementation.
Assist in architecting a technology solution for ECM&D by designing PaaS offerings that are easy to consume, scale, are secure, and reliable, using open source frameworks and micro service architecture.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts meet business needs.
Create roadmap for implementation of various new technology solutions and activities that contribute towards 'Changing the Bank'.
Drive requirements and design discussions, primarily in Agile environment.
Proactively manage risk including deliverables, operational issues through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.
Actively drive Improvements, effectiveness and innovation.
Demonstrate accountability and co-ownership in a matrix structure.
Collaborate with other senior leaders throughout the Bank to understand various businesses and products, and to develop collaborative solutions.
Organize and prioritize goals, communicate risks, issues, decisions, and track progress on initiatives.
Establish a high performance and reliable technology environment with the help of counterparts, both in India and US.
Be a trusted strategic partner for global stakeholders for development of key technology strategies.
Partner and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Should have development and production experience in distributed system design, micro service architecture, communications protocol, message broker, and security, Orchestration like JBPM and workflow management, user queues and developing systems in web application framework
Good hands-on experience with Java, Java EE, Spring (Boot, MVC, Batch),Quartz Scheduler, SOA, Micro Services, JBPM, Angular, should be passionate about writing code, troubleshooting and the art of management software engineering teams.
