Job Description and Skills Required:

- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Should be able to support multiple applications.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries 
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Should have basic understanding of network configurations and servers
- Should be able to identify potential issues in the application
- Should be able to work seamlessly with cross functional teams
- Should be able to learn and master the applications and apply in troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Flexible with timing as per support requirement
- Good understanding of ITIL process
- Should be able to prioritize issues
- Should be able to handle Severity 1 issues and chair sev 1 calls
- Good knowledge of Operating systems like Windows/Linux
- Excellent analytical skills
- Should be a good team player
- Well versed with the Severity 1 communication protocol
