Job Description:
• To provide technical support to the customers
• Provide software training to the client.
• Install the software at client site.
• Explain the entire feature to clients.
• Organize a demo for the new clients.
• Providing support to the sales and marketing
• Solve the software errors and query
• Find the errors from the software
• Solve the client problem online by team viewer
• Co- ordinate with development team
• Daily reports to the senior executive

Skill Set Required:
• Should have 1-5 years of relevant Application / Software Support experience
• Has to be proficient in English & Hindi language - both written and oral
• Must be a graduate or Post Graduate in computer field.
• Must have good computer skills for Database (SQL / MYSQL / Oracle), Windows OS and Internet.Intermediate to expert skill level with standard office-productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) including a required knowledge of Excel data manipulation functions
