Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Developing ASP.NET Core Web API to interact with mobile app and web app. The data needs to be persistently stored in backend PostgreSQL database.
2. Developing React js page with ASP.NET core front end web pages and consuming the web apis.
3. Developing mobile application using Flutter with offline storage capabilities.
