Roles & Responsibilities

Primary role is for any all of Engineering, Development & Testing, Implementation & Professional Services - Configurations, customizations, consulting, etc. and the secondary role involving the following:

• Technical Pre-sales, Designing and Implementing Technical Proof of Concepts (POC), Engineering Support, Application Management & Administration; Business/Systems Analysis, Application Performance monitoring/audit, Peer training on technologies/applications, etc. Note: Company at its will on the basis of its assessment, your fitment, and suitability or due to company’s project necessity may change the job description to play on your strengths and the needs of the Business.
• Job may require travel within India and outside of India if required to serve the requirements of the company's clients and prospects. This includes on-site assignments of up to three months to a year.
• Will be responsible for providing presales technical/functional design and engineering support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through on-line/in-person engagement that includes custom configuration, design of CRM/CX System, implementation of Applications, Portals, Mobile Apps, AI/Analytics, technical demonstration of Features and Functionality and explanation of technical integrations/API, etc. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Insight Sales Consultants and Direct Sales Consultants when required.
• Develop and deliver high-quality standard technical presentations; create functional/technical design documents, flowcharts, and workflows. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction that includes technical product roadmap, and overall Virtuos Cloud solutions and Services. Design, integrate, validate, and present software solutions of ExperienceCloud to include advanced product concepts, internet of things, AI, and third-party complementing products.
• Support sales team in online/in-person selling efforts with minimal supervision by way of technical help, advice, configuration, POC, and guidance. Develop and deliver proposed solutions to customers.
• Play a dual role by engaging in the project implementation with responsibilities that include application engineering - configuration, technical support, maintenance, upgrades, testing, customization, and integration of applications with third-party products and services.
• Undertake innovative development and engineering initiatives to augment the product/service capability; customize the applications to meet the needs of customers as per the project needs. 
• This includes your understanding of the agile/rapid development methodologies and learning new technologies, frameworks, etc. on your own to be able to code/develop, debug and test the software, and cloud/mobile/social applications, platforms, and hubs including the Internet of Things.

Selection Criteria:

• MINIMUM Percentage Cut Off should be 60%
• Master's Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent discipline will be preferred. It should be a regular course and from a renowned institute.
• Strong written & communication skills.
• No backlog in any subject during graduation/post-graduation
