About The Company:

Moglee Web Tech is a tech startup by a bigger privately held group company which is into the manufacturing and hospitaltiy sector. The mother company has factories, shops, restaurants and hotels in the NCR resion. We have around 200 employees working with us.

Moglee has been started because we were looking to diversify into the technology domain. In essence, Moglee Web Tech is a startup but not new to business. Our aim is to start with 2 mobile applications and sell them in the market. We have an aim of growing and serving a bigger customer segment gradually. We will be regularly coming out with new apps and supporting all of our apps, so we have aim of staying in the market and are looking for people interested in growing with us along the way.

Tentative Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

-Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support

-Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions

-Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps

-Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features

-Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences

-Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort

-Optimizing performance for the apps

-Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies

Skills Required:

-Knowledge of Java, Android SDK

-Experience with mobile development issues related to performance optimization, caching, security, and native hardware components (camera, gps, etc.)

-Experience with JSON, SOAP, Rest, XML and XHTML

-Experience with web front-end development frameworks such as HTML5 and Javascript

-Good knowledge of PHP and Mysql

-Good communication and human relation skills

–Good organizational skills in a deadline driven environment
