Job Description:

- Company Research: Understand the client’s business and conduct industry research toidentify the most relevant target companies/business units. Generate insights into talent acquisition & retention strategy of key competitors; provide recommendations.

- Executive Research: Understand key requirements of a specific role; map the talent pool meeting the desired skills; generate insights around the key challenges & ways to address them.

- Industry Research: Identify key industry trends that could shape or break the key market segments, new technological (or behavioral) changes taking place and their impact on the market; assist in building or refining strategy to ensure that Skillmile is at the forefront of the market.

- Adhoc Research: Conduct research on company, competitors, key executives etc. as required.

Skill Set Required: 

- Maintain updated research database on regular basis.

- Conduct relevant knowledge sharing sessions on regular basis.

- Train & mentor other team members (as required).

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong comfort in using MS Office applications and the internet.

- Ability to understand new terminologies and concepts within a short period of time.

- High level of initiative and interest in going the extra mile as required.
