Job description:
- Conduct corporate governance and sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors
- Analyze the Annual Reports, CSR Report, Proxy Statement and Articles of a company to fetch information with regards to Corporate Governance/sustainability related data
- Understand and analyze company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards its shareholders and other indirect investors and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Understanding of ESG concepts is an added advantage
