Job description:
TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst, Business Development who will be a part of the team that works with Senior Management to help maintain the health and quality of TresVista's client relationships, execute new initiatives, address market opportunities and enable client expansion. The individual is expected to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality as he/she would be privy to matters only known to the Senior Management. As such, one can expect to grow within the department as the Company expands further.
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Following trends, changes, competition, and other industry-related factors within the country as well as global markets
- Providing support for the analysis, evaluation, reporting, and presentation of research data
- Reporting and working directly with the senior management
- Evaluating industry-wide networking events
- Profiling existing and prospective clients
- Effectively tracking and maintaining the health of existing client relationships
- Undertaking various client expansion initiatives
- Providing support on sales trip planning for VPs and senior management
- Maintaining and managing the clients data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other ERP tools
- Providing support for creating client-specific pitch presentations
- Liaising closely with other internal teams
- Communicating with clients by familiarizing oneself with company credentials, various contractual engagements, etc.
- Performing detailed analysis and creating management information reports concerning the client development functions
