Profile Offered: Airline Ticketing and Holiday Package customization

Job location: Hyderabad

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 1 - 3 years

Salary Offered: Rs 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 P.A.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidates should possess knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus.
Previous work experience in travel services.
A great speaking voice.
CRM experience.
Results-oriented and great at multi-tasking.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Develop sales opportunities via cold call and/or email.
Listen to the client`s needs and act on them in real-time.
Update the CRM with new prospect information and qualifying questions.
Obtain prospect's information such as company name, contact name, email address, and other information.
Generate quality leads.
Handling of Ticketing request as validation / revalidation / re-issue / received from all clients.
Assist other Travel Consultants with Ticketing & Accounting procedures including methods of minimizing debt advice.
Attend telephone calls immediately incase preoccupied to advise callers will get back and ensure that is done.
Responsible to maintain the Agency & Brand image.

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BAF, BBA
