Roles & Responsibilities:
- Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Experience with JIRA as project management tool
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Preferred Scrum Master certification.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience designing and developing complex software applications using Java EE and Hibernate
- Ability to work with a team spread across multiple geographic locations;
- Good knowledge in Cloud - SaaS , IaaS , REST APIs
