Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Must have experience of managing CPA/CPR/CPL/CPS campaigns for international markets.
2. Onboarding new affiliates, partners, publishers on a regular basis.
3. Monitoring campaigns and making timely changes and when required.
4. Sharing regular reports as per requirements.
5. Regular relationship building with all partners.
6. Campaign Delivery and end to end management of campaigns.
7. Handling direct and indirect CPL and CPA campaigns.
8. Driving revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
9. Should have *knowledge on a campaign set up, tracking platform, S2S integration, tracking, and other related things.
10. Some knowledge of attribution platforms like Trackier, Hasoffer, etc.
Skills set required:
1. Affiliate Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices. Familiarity with various affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and tools.
2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: A strong background in digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. Understanding how affiliate marketing fits into the overall digital marketing strategy.
3. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with affiliate partners, including commission structures, performance incentives, and promotional opportunities. Strong sales and persuasion skills to recruit and onboard new affiliates.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing affiliate marketing data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports. Ability to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve affiliate program performance.
5. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, affiliate networks, and other stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and provide support to affiliates.
6. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth operations of the affiliate program.
7. Creativity and Marketing Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain affiliates, as well as drive affiliate-generated revenue. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
