Salary: INR 1.44 LPA to INR 1.68 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic executive who can build business by identifying and onboarding backend influencers and affiliates for BajuGali and also develop and deliver marketing skills under complete guidance. We would be extremely delighted to be surprised by your out-of-the-box thought process. We are one of the most upcoming organization in the startup arena who are here to make a difference. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboard BajuGali influencers for various lead generating sources like BajuGali website, forms, offline groups, etc.
- Perform various marketing strategies for generating leads for BajuGali influencers. This will be done under guidance of our marketing executive. We would also like to implement your out of box ideas and views which will generate leads for BajuGali influencer.
- Maintains relationships with the affiliate including tracking their performance, resolution for any query, etc.
- Identifies improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Good Communication and networking Skill.

- Quick Learning and development attitude.
- Specialized knowledge – Basic Computer Proficiency, MS-Office.
- Languages – English (Mandatory), Hindi. Bengali (Optional).
