Profile Offered: Accounts/Finance Executive & Backend Data Analysts

Job Location: Hyderabad

Course Specialization: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce,MBA/PGDM - Finance, Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Who are we looking for:

 

  • Its imperative that you have excellent business communication skills (English - spoken and written)
  • You will likely have a 3+ years of work experience in Banking or any Financial Industry
  • A Commerce or Financial educational background is a must
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, emails, google drives etc. is compulsory
  • Proven ability/experience in also handling a US/UK/Overseas accounts management
  • To be approachable by team India and Finance team in UK for any concerns or resolving queries
  • Has to be an excellent team player to get along with the team and it's requirement as a goal

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Its a dual role - almost half of your production will be contributed to India operations and the other half with UK finance team of iwoca Ltd
  • Day-to-day management of Accounts payable
  • Processing invoices on daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis
  • Reconcile supplier balances and other reports to identify missing invoices
  • Follow up on clients/discrepancies/client questions and work with different department to get a resolution
  • Ensure the billing address and the details of the vendor/clients are correct and in required format
  • Other project work as required e.g cost/supplier analysis
  • Working on tickets on daily basis, which would involve to schedule new and reschedule existing payment dates and interest rates
  • You will be reporting to Head of Operations - India
  • The office works according to UK Shift which means between April to November we work from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM and from November to March we work from 2:20 PM to 11:30 PM
