Profile Offered: Accounts & Finance Executive

Skills Required:
- Assist in smooth conduct of audit (including statutory and internal) with no major audit observation and implement all statutory and internal audit recommendation that have a bearing on the Ulip accounting
- Periodic reviews of accounting processes to identify scope for process improvements which lead to increase in productivity ,as well as result in process efficiency Ongoing. Raise CR whenever required and ensure timely closure of the same
- To prepare the balance sheet reconciliation of accounts and follow up with stakeholders for timely resolution and ensure there is nil bottom line impact due to unidentified exposure
- To ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities every month within defined timelines & ensure there is no over or under provisioning identified on month on month basis
- Prepare items related dashboards on monthly basis by 15th of subsequent month
- Process the policy holders benefit payouts within the agreed TAT honoring by 99% and adhering to F&A SOPs
- While processing to Ensuring NIL wrong payouts are made or debit balance occurring in policy
- To Ensuring all the TATs & SLAs are adhered to and to Ensuring all the customer related queries are resolved within agreed
