Profile Offered: Accounts Executive

Job Location: Noida(Sector-57 Noida)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Manage monthly/quarterly/annual closing process.
• Accounts Payables & Receivables: Manage account payable and receivables on end to end basis.
• Prepare and ensure timely payment of Import & other foreign currency remittances (A1 & A2) and banking formalities.
• Direct & Indirect Taxation: Computation of TDS/Service Tax/Sales Tax/Corporate Tax liability & deduction as per provisions; making necessary statutory payments; filing requisite returns on a timely basis.
• Petty cash handling.
• Responsible for Journal entries & maintenance etc.
• Responsible for all aspects of Accounts & Finance till finalization of Accounts.
• Responsible for online Income Tax Return.
• Responsible for preparation of income tax assessment documents. *Knowledge of ROC filing & MIS will be an added advantage.
• Calling follows Ups with the Parties for the Payment.
