Job Description:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and email messages.
- Direct the outsiders to the appropriate staff member.
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Provide word - processing and secretarial support.
- Perform clerical duties.
- Making income or expense entries into the accounting system.
- Have to enter vendor invoices, paying bills.
- Create invoices of the clients.
- Payroll generation, quarterly taxes, asset inventory, cost accounting or other disciplines within the accounting department.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining accounting records. Good written and verbal language command in English, Marathi and Hindi. Excellent Awareness about social media.
- Matured to understand business commitments and urgencies.
- Preferred resident of Mumbai Western suburbs.
